Shane Siemsen - Assistant Project Manager
Shane Siemsen joined Arroyo Capital as an Assistant Project Manager and supports the team across underwriting activities, market research, due diligence, and project oversight throughout the development process.
Prior to joining Arroyo, Mr. Siemsen served as an Assistant Project Manager for Lennar Homes, where he managed multiple residential communities and assisted the land acquisition team with due diligence on prospective opportunities. He began his career in the homebuilding industry working in dry utilities, gaining foundational experience in site development, construction coordination, and project execution. Having grown up around the homebuilding industry through his father’s long-standing career, he developed an early and sustained interest in real estate and development.
Outside of work, Shane enjoys traveling with his wife, Samantha, watching sports, and taking long walks with his golden retriever, Winston.
Mr. Siemsen earned his B.A. degree from California State University San Marcos.
