Sean Muldoon - Acquisitions Analyst
Sean Muldoon initially joined Arroyo as an intern and has since progressed to the role of Acquisitions Analyst. He is actively involved in underwriting new land banking transactions, building and maintaining deal and portfolio financial models, and preparing analysis and reporting for investors and homebuilder partners.
Prior to joining Arroyo, Sean spent seven years with In-N-Out Burger, where he developed experience in operations, team coordination, and customer service in a high-volume environment.
Sean attended Loyola Marymount University (B.S. Finance), where he was a member of the Real Estate and Finance Society.
