Rachel Mayo - Senior Accountant
Rachel Mayo is a Senior Accountant at Arroyo Capital LLC with over 20 years of experience in the accounting/finance industry. She graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance Management. Throughout her professional journey, Rachel has exhibited exceptional dedication and expertise in financial management and accounting practices.
Prior to joining Arroyo, Ms. Mayo held accounting and financial analyst positions at CalAtlantic, Regency Center, and BIG Shopping Centers, where she prepared month and quarter end closing of the Company’s accounting systems and records. Ms. Mayo also acquired expertise in report development and analysis for executive summary of cost, NOI, ROIC, gross profit margin and variance reporting.
In addition to her successful career, Rachel has displayed athletic talents in tennis while playing for Ventura College, and continues to exhibit her athleticism and love of the outdoors through hiking, snowboarding, and fishing. This emphasizes her commitment not only to her profession but also to maintaining a well-rounded and active lifestyle.
