Marcus Minami - Project Manager
Marcus Minami is a Project Manager at Arroyo Capital, where he focuses on investments in the Western US. He is responsible for underwriting new projects and overseeing asset management following acquisition and supporting the full lifecycle of each investment.
Prior to joining Arroyo, Mr. Minami spent nearly five years at Hearthstone, Inc. where he began his career in real estate and built a strong foundation in land banking. He started as an Investment Analyst and advanced to Investment Associate, underwriting and managing land banking transactions across the United States.
Mr. Minami earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and his MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Outside of work, Mr. Minami maintains an active lifestyle that includes surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and golfing. He also has a passion for travel, enjoys exploring new cuisines and cooking in his spare time.
