Kelley Furey - Senior Project Manager
Kelley Furey joined the company as a Project Manager in 2021 and is primarily responsible for overseeing underwriting, due diligence and ongoing operations for Arroyo Capital’s assets in the Western U.S. Ms. Furey began her homebuilding career in project management with Richmond American Homes, then moved to Toll Brothers where she actively managed communities in Southern California and Seattle, overseeing project-level profitability, plan approvals, permitting, sales and construction of multiple single-family communities. Upon returning to Southern California from Seattle in 2017, she transitioned to land acquisition with Toll Brothers and focused on initial underwriting, market analysis and feasibility of development opportunities throughout the region. Ms. Furey is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Public Policy, Management and Planning (Real Estate Development concentration) and a Master’s in Urban Planning.
