Cris Diaz - Closing Coordinator
Cris Diaz joined Arroyo Capital in March 2026 and is responsible for closing coordination across the firm’s nationwide portfolio. She manages multi-state closings spanning Texas, Washington, Virginia, Georgia, and California, overseeing construction draw management, notarial compliance, entity documentation, and coordinating with builders, title companies, and lenders. Ms. Diaz brings deep expertise from nearly 7 years as a Closing Coordinator with a top-three homebuilder, where she managed over 1,000 annual closings for single-family homes, condos, and townhomes across Southern California communities, coordinating complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders, regulatory requirements, and stringent timelines. Prior to that, she spent 8 years as a Contractor License Consultant, advancing to Senior Contractor License Consultant, where she guided contractors through state regulatory compliance in California, Nevada, and Arizona. Ms. Diaz attended the University of California, Irvine, and holds a California notary commission.
