Aidan Brennan - Assistant Project Manager
Aidan Brennan started at Arroyo Capital as an Acquisition Analyst and has since been promoted to Assistant Project Manager, where he now focuses on the firm’s Texas and Midwest projects. His primary responsibilities include underwriting new investment opportunities, conducting market analysis, and assisting with project due diligence and asset management through development.
Prior to joining Arroyo, Aidan graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.B.A. in Finance & Real Estate. While completing his degree, he worked as an Analyst at RedHill Realty Investors, supporting operations for the firm’s multifamily portfolio and analyzing weekly performance data to identify market trends. He also previously worked in commercial brokerage, where he was introduced to real estate transactions and underwriting fundamentals.
Outside of work, Aidan enjoys surfing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
